You may not include a poll or a link to a poll in any email including newsletters. You may not solicit voters or viewers to polls by any means of

Ballot-Box.net reserves the right to remove any polls determined in Ballot-Box.net's sole discretion to be using excessive server resources.
Polls are provided for entertainment only and are subject to error and innaccuracies. Although our polls are intended to allow and limit a unique
user to one vote for the period of time specified, such an outcome cannot be guaranteed.
Ballot-Box.net will place advertisements on the polls and results page on our site, in exchange for the service provided. It is Ballot-Box.net's
sole discretion as to how many advertisements appear and the form of these advertisements.
Ballot-Box.net may make provisions for those members who do not desire advertisements by offering an advertising-free service for a small fee. In
such cases, all other aspects of this Terms of Service still apply.
Ballot-Box.net makes every effort to verify and maintain a high standard of quality for its services, but Ballot-Box.net makes no guarantees
regarding the reliability or accuracy of the services.
If you choose to allow comments to be posted to your poll, you agree to monitor your poll checking it at least once a day for any content that
violates our Terms of Service, and removing such content.
You agree to utilize the services of Ballot-Box.net at your own risk. Ballot-Box.net cannot be held liable for any errors, damage or loss of
information that may occur from the use of the services.
Ballot-Box.net has the right to review your poll content for violations of our Terms of Service. If Ballot-Box.net determines your poll is in
violation of our Terms of Service then we reserve the right to delete your poll from our server.
